Recording your Own Greeting

Although you have a choice to use the standard pre-recorded greeting, however you can always customize your greeting in your own voice. This feature is highly recommended. Record your personalized greeting to let the caller know why you are not able to attend the phone.

• Press 1 for tutorial (regarding PIN Code and Personal Greeting)
• Press 9 then 7 to change personal greeting
• Press * to enter command mode
• To record your personalized greeting you have to press 171 while in command mode

Set your PIN

PIN is your personalized identification number. It can be set for message retrieval or command mode, which means you will have to enter this code every time you want to listen to your message or enter command mode.

All subscribers have 0000 as their PIN code by default. In order to have your own desired PIN code:

• Dial your mailbox (786/787) and upon hearing the greeting, press *
• Now press 16 and enter your new PIN

Message Storing Capacity

• Mobilink V-mail allows you total message capacity of 5 minutes; each message can be 30 seconds long (i.e. a total of 10 messages can be stored)
• These messages once heard can be stored for up to 2 hours
• Your unheard messages are saved for 48 hours

Charges

Mobilink V-mail retrieval charges are Re. 1 per 15 seconds.
