Terms and Conditions of Celebrity Contest and Ek Din Star Ke Saath are:-

The Organizer of the promotion:

• Mobilink , Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited, registered by the decision of P-00664 of 1990 or CUIN 0022993 (Both active & valid) on December 27, 1990

• Pakistan

Time frame of the promotion:

• The Promotion will run from time to time starting from the launch of the service (Mobilink Voiler). Subscribers would be informed about the timelines of the campaign. For further information please call Customer Care on 111.

Acceptance of Terms of Use:

• All participants warrant that they have read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions carefully which are on public view at www.mobilinkworld.com
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted online
• In the event of dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results, and all other matters relating, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• This Agreement between the Organizer and the participant will remain in full force and effect while Organizer provides the offer (not taking into account temporarily suspensions of the offer for operational reasons, e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades).

Participants of the promotion:
The following are eligible to participate:

• Physical persons (other than people employed by the Organizer for the period, and also their close relatives and spouses), who are Mobilink customers during the period.
• Legal entities who are Mobilink customers during the period. Only an authorized signatory on behalf of the legal entity will be entitled to take receipt of the prize.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
• By participating, entrants hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete.

Availability and accessibility of information and Opt-out mechanism

• All the information for the participants shall be published on www.mobilinkworld.com as well as available by calling the Mobilink Customer Care number: 111.
• The Organizer reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or otherwise contact with the participants other than in accordance with the Terms and Conditions unless required by law.

• To qualify for celebrity contest (Gao Meray Saath), the participant must Dial 7063 IVR and participate in the contest by recording his voice.
• The charges of 7063 IVR are Rs. 2.50+tax/minute.
• This promotion is Valid for Prepaid and postpaid Customers

Ek Din Star Ke Saath:

• To qualify for Ek Din Star Ke Saath, the participant must participate in the Quiz contest on 7061 SMS
• The charges of 7061 IVR are Rs. 2.99+tax/SMS.
• This promotion is Valid for Prepaid and postpaid Customers

Place, date, time and order of the prizes

• The same subscriber’s number (MSISDN) cannot win more than once the same prize during the period for the same campaign.
• The formation of participants’ record for the whole period will start at 00:00:01 hours (Pakistan Time) on the first day and end at 23:59:59 hours (Pakistan time) on the last day of the Campaign.
• The MSISDNs of the winners will be notified within 72 hours of the winning announcement period.
• To participate and win, the subscriber must follow all instructions for each activity. Participation in the campaign does not guarantee any entrant as a winner.
• In the case of a tie, a ballot will be drawn to determine the ultimate winner.
• The interactive session is subject to the availability of the celebrity.

Gao Meray Saath

• The Celebrities retain the absolute right of selecting the Winners in ‘Gao Meray Saath’.
• The announcement will be made via social media, website and a call will be placed to the winner.
• Winners will be screened for security purposes before meeting with the celebrity. Qualifying or disqualifying any entrant as winner is on the sole discretion of Mobilink.
• The winners will receive notice within 72 hours from the date of the winning. The name and initials, or name of the organization, as well as the MSISDN of the winners may be announced by newspaper ads, via SMS, TV, radio, website, or any other media to all the participants included in the record or to the general public.

Ek Din Star Ke Saath:

• The Celebrities retain the absolute right of selecting the Winners of Ek Din Star Ke Saath.
• For multiple winners the selection would be made via balloting.
• The announcement will be made via social media, website and a call will be placed to the winner.
• The winners will receive notice within 72 hours from the date of the winning. The name and initials, or name of the organization, as well as the MSISDN of the winners may be announced by newspaper ads, via SMS, TV, radio, website, or any other media to all the participants included in the record or to the general public.

Terms of the prizes:

• The winners will be contacted accordingly. The winner must confirm in writing that he/she is the legal holder of the Mobilink connection and entitled to the prize and fill all the necessary documents given by the Organizer. He/she must also provide identification documents in order to receive the prize. Prize may be received by a representative of the winner by proxy upon written confirmation from the winner. The Organizer has the right to request identification documents of the representative of the winner.
• By participating, the winners agree that any of their data, including but not limited to names, surnames, photos and video images, can be used by Mobilink for advertising purposes with no prior consent of the winner and free of charge.
• If the notified winner refuses the prize or fails to appear within 7 calendar days of notification, then the Organizer will contact one of the relevant runner-up winners and offer him/her the position. If none of the runner-up winners accept the prize or do not show up within 7 calendar days of notification then the prize will remains the property of the Organizer.
• Decisions made by the Organizer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable.

Limitation of liability:

• The Organizer accepts no responsibility whatsoever for, including without limitation, any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure when it is not under its direct control and execution.
• The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend the campaign for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades), whenever is deemed necessary. The Organizer will try to restore the campaign as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
• The Organizer will deliver the prizes to the winners through winners’ nearest Mobilink Customer Care Center.

Disclaimer of warranties:

• Participants understand and agree that they participate at their own risk and willingness and have not been coerced in any manner to enter.
• The Organizer makes no warranty, implied or expressed, that any part will be uninterrupted and error-free.
• Neither the Organizer nor any of its directors, employees, agents, dealers, franchisees or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant participating in the promotion or as a result of accepting the prize.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials.
• By entering, participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, direct or indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against the Organizer, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, dealers, franchisees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or user of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Data protection and Publicity

• Personal data related to voice, image, name or address and any other relevant information will be included in a filing system belonging to the Organizer as data controller, and can be used for taking part in the competition as well as publicity mailing, or other purposes relating to the Organizer’s services, or services of other third companies that cooperate with the Organizer, unless otherwise indicated. The participants also consent that any profiling information given or any statistics that may be obtained through the campaign regarding the profiling information can be used from the Organizer and third companies cooperating with the Organizer for reasonable purposes according to the local law.
• The Organizer will use such data in a confidential manner and participants could exercise the rights of access, rectification, delete and objection to prior consent for sending publicity through a written communication addressed to the Organizer, via e-mail to customercare@ mobilink.net or phoning the number 111 to contact the Organizer’s call center.
• Participants agree that if they win a prize then their full name and the last 4 digits of their CNIC will be published for informational purposes only.

Governing Law:

• In case of any disagreement, participants can present their complaint to the Organizer and the issue will be decided in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

• Business can create multiple hierarchies to manage their accounts by groups or regions as required with separate logins. Different users with varying access levels can have different team views and visibility in to points of interest free of cost. The hierarchy of the access levels is as follows

Access level	Description
0 (Account Holder)	In the hierarchy, account holder possesses the primary and the only charged account. The account holder will have all the rights to add, remove and modify members as well as define their tracking schedules. The account holder’s MSISDN cannot be tracked unless it is added as a member/employee.
1	This is the second level from the top. Members of this level will have their own domain and two sub levels (level 2 and level 3) under them. Access level 1 will have the privilege to track members in their domain and download hourly reports for their account.
2	User of access level 2 will only have viewing/tracking privileges. Users of Level 2 will only view and monitor level 3 members and download hourly reports.
3	They will be tracked as per the schedule defined and will not have any other privileges.

• On successful subscription web interface details user Login ID and password and will be created and communicated to the customer via SMS
• Users can add employees or perform other activities. List of employees can be added in bulk by Mobilink free of cost.
• The location of all employees will be updated on the web portal accordingly to the set schedule.
• The employer can also track the location of an employee through SMS by sending e.g. ‘FIND 923001234567′ to 355.
• To terminate the service, SMS ‘UNSUB’ to the respective short code.
• Add-on can only be enabled through main account Access Level 0 (Accountholder):
• You can set separate schedule for different set, vehicles or individual employee on different days
• You can set different timing schedule each day for employee(s)
• You cannot use these features without subscription of iSalesFox or iWatch.
• Add-on can only be subscribed against confirmation from the MSISDN of main account holder.
