Mobilink Bolay Facebook

Through Mobilink Bolay Facebook you can post a voice message on your Facebook wall by making just a call, without any internet. Once subscribed to the service, all that you have to do is dial into 3848 and record your own voice post. The recording will be placed on your Facebook wall as a playable audio file.

How to Subscribe

Click on https://apps.facebook.com/bolaymobilink/

Click on Go To App

Click on “Allow” To let Mobilink Bolay Facebook Application on your behalf and access posts in your News Feeds

Select your Mobile Prefix e.g.  0300,0301,0302,0303,0304,0305,0306,0307,0308,0309  and enter your Mobile number e.g. 1234567

Confirmation code is sent on mobile Number for security

Enter the code received via SMS in the panel to complete the process of registration

Once the correct code is entered, successful registration SMS will be sent on subscriber number

Mobilink Bolay Facebook application would be added on your Facebook page, on Left side under Apps

Once the application is installed, you can dial 3848 from your Mobilink Number and leave a message of upto 30 seconds.  Recorded message will be uploaded on your profile within 5 minutes.

How to Un-subscribe

To Un-subscribe the service there are 2 options.
a. Go to the application from Facebook, on the left side of the Facebook page, there is an App bar. Click on App Center, a new page would open, choose Mobilink Bolay app from the list and click on “Remove”

b. Unsubscribe via IVR i.e. dial 3848 and press 0 , once unsubscribed customer will not be charged for daily subscription

The last day for recording the auditions is October 18, 2013

2).        Do I need to subscribe to use this service?

No, the users do not require subscribing for the IVR service

3).        What are the calling charges of this service?

The calling charges for this service are Rs. 10 / min for IVR (Taxes apply)

4).        Where will the auditions take place?

All the auditions will take place in Karachi

5).        How many days will it take to get the result of my audition?

The participants will be informed by the October 18, 2013

6).        In case I am not selected, till when will I get to know of my rejection?

In case a participant is not selected, he/she will be informed of the rejection by October

18, 2013 via SMS or phone call

7).        Can I give more than one audition on the 2241? If yes, then which audition will be

selected?

The participant can give as many auditions as he/she so desires; however, the best

audition will be selected

8).        Can I delete my recorded song after I have registered?

You can re-record the song during the IVR session but once the registration process has

been completed and you have hung up the phone, you would not be able to delete your

recorded song

9).        Can I listen to my recorded song afterwards?

No, the recorded song cannot be listened to afterwards, it will only be available to review

at the time of recording the IVR

10).      What documents will be required if I am selected?

Your original CNIC and a copy of your CNIC.
In case you are under 18, you would be required to bring the following documents:

Parents’ CNIC

Guardian’s CNIC

B-Form

Your Passport ID

11).      How will I be informed of my selection?

The short-listed candidates will be informed through SMS/phone call of their selection

for the next round

12).      Where will be the competition held?

14).      Which songs can I sing in the auditions?

You can sing any Pakistani or Indian song of your choice

15).      What is the eligibility criterion?

You need to be between the ages 15 years and 30 years old

16).      What information do I need to provide for the audition?

Call Registration: Register by dialing 2241 from your Mobilink Number and record your Full Name, City and CNIC Number

Q1: Can anyone else view my contacts?
No one will be able to view your contacts except you as Mobisafe provides secure backup of your contacts.
Q2: I am a mobisafe subscriber and my phone is lost/broken. How will I retrieve my contacts?
For GPRS version
Send an SMS to 427 to get mobisafe settings on your new mobile phone and synchronize to get complete copy of your all contacts.
For SMS version:
Send an SMS ‘GET ‘to 427. All your lost contacts will be sent to you through SMS. OR Send an SMS
‘GETV ‘to 427.All your contacts are sent to your handset via business card. You will receive 20 contacts at one time and then to get remaining contacts you have to send ‘GETV ‘ to 427. You just need to save all the business cards to have complete copy of your contacts.
Q3: I have accidentally deleted some contacts! Can I retrieve them?
Yes! Mobisafe provides the secure backup of your contacts on the web which is password protected. If you accidentally deleted some contacts from your handset you just need to sync to get your deleted contacts. If you have deleted contacts from the web then you only have to send an SMS <’RES’> to 427. All deleted contacts within past 30 days will be restored.
For GPRS version:
Click on the sync profile in Sync menu on your phone and Synchronise to restore your
contacts in your handset. You will have to Synchronise again to retrieve all restored contacts on your phone.
For SMS version:
Send an SMS ‘GET ‘ to 427. The deleted contact will be retrieved on your phone
through SMS.
Q4: If my contacts are saved in SIM memory instead of Phone memory, will Phonebook Saver work?
No Contacts must be saved on phone memory for Phonebook Saver service to work. If you have your contacts saved on SIM, just copy them to phone memory to avail this service.
Q5: Why did I receive an SMS saying “Your mobisafe service is temporarily blocked”?
On 1st of every month, subscription is charged. If you do not have sufficient balance, your mobisafe service will be temporarily blocked. Your contacts will remain saved for 30 days. Please recharge your account if you wish to retain your saved contacts and continue using this service
Q6: Can I save multiple contacts in a single step?
Yes, you can save multiple contacts at the same time.
For GPRS version
Just click on Sync Profile and Synchronize to store all your contacts simultaneously.
For SMS version:
Just follow this format while writing an SMS and send it to 427
